Last nite, i slept early. I fell asleep be4 11pm. Oh my gOd, this's e 1st time since dun know how many donkey yrs. I must be very tired. But 2 be frank i really hve a wonderful rest, even though i did woke up in e middle of e nite. Now i really feel refreshing.......still i know its nt enough 4 me. But better than nthg. Yesterday, i went 2 e gym 2 do some workout. Nt very happy with myself as i'm getting fatter >_<" Got 2 work harder 4 to maintain & loss some wts....... During that time there's a Hip-Hop lesson in e studio. Dun dare 2 go in. Its looks like fun & another way 2 lose wts. Maybe next time i should give it a try. Body compact also not bad. Oh dear i'm really greedy. Am I ?_? After 2hrs of exercise, i went into e steam room 2 relax. Mmmmm......Its really very relaxing, especially after all e hard works. I nearly fell asleep...... I really love it.....maybe i should go there more often.....^o^ Oh its time 2 work. Better lock out 4 e time being. Or else when my boss c me nt doing work.......i WiLl Be DeAd ~_~"
